Mark Resnick’s presentation to our rising seniors at their summer leadership retreat perfectly complemented all they had heard throughout the week regarding the importance of selfless, servant leadership. His story about growing up with his dad, only later to care for him as an Alzheimer’s patient, was both moving and inspiring. Mark did a masterful job of taking the lessons he learned from his own experience and presenting them as concrete and practical advice for living with a growth mindset. His talk engaged the students and retreat leaders in a participative manner, which provided the foundation for fruitful follow-up discussions.

Mark Resnick spoke to 80+ student leaders on how to best pursue our passions and steps to having our best year yet. Not only was it insightful, educational, and thought-provoking, but it was raw and relatable. Each part of the talk resonated with a different person in the room. It allowed for reflection on how we could be better leaders and people for others and grow from our experiences. I would highly recommend Mark Resnick to share a different perspective on all life has to offer.
